I was born and raised in Monza, Italy, but, since I was young, I have loved the "Città Bianca", the magical Ostuni, which is now my second home. I had to have ateliers in both cities. My passion for fashion started when I was young and watched my grandmother work as a seamstress. After studying art, I worked in the microelectronics field managing my family’s business, while remaining tightly connected to the world of art and, in 1996, I founded Galleria Fatto ad Arte with my sister Raffaella.


In 2008, I decided to realize my dream and studied with grand masters
to devote myself, heart and soul to fashion.


I firmly and rigorously believe in the uniqueness and quality of artisan handicrafts.

receives a degree in Traditional Embroidery and second level Haute Couture
2016
attends beginner Haute Couture Embroidery course at Central Saint Martins, London, under the guidance of Master Elisabeth Roulleau Gasbarre

transforms her workshop into Atelier Francesca Fossati, a place where anyone can visit and observe closely how “Haute Couture” apparel is created.
2015
faces the dynamics of planning in the fashion business under the guidance of Fashion Designer Alon Simantov

opens her workshop in Monza
